Extreme Gadgets is committed to offering a quality-focused shopping experience. Since 2017, we’ve proudly served as one of Bangladesh’s pioneering gadget retailers.

We provide only 100% original, branded, and authorized products—each QC passed. If there is any exception for any product, we mention that as well. With just a 0.1% chance of defects, we ensure top-tier quality. If any issue is found, we offer instant replacement or a full refund.

We always provide dealer warranty only. You can verify the product’s authenticity if we make a claim,you can also verify distributor-dealer warranty status, and sticker—reflecting our promise of honesty. Dealer Warranty/Brand Warranty/Official Warranty/Distributor Warranty Policy:

1) Notify us during the warranty period, Countdown starts from the day you received the product.

2) For the first 7 days, we offer a full replacement through the dealer. We'll provide complete support and coordinate with them on your behalf. After that, it primarily shifts to a service warranty, and you'll need to follow the dealer's process. If a replacement or any support provided later, that will also be handled by the dealer.

Customers inside Dhaka have to bring the Invoice and product box / Every Accessory to our office for any type of after-sales or warranty claim, if it is a customer from outside Dhaka, It has to be couriered, During the courier, the product box must be wrapped well with the help of something solid so that there is no damage to the product box and the product, we’ll send the same product box again.

3) Must keep the Official Warranty Sticker & Memo provided by us, the sticker will be available on the Product box, Over Poly or memo, if you don’t find any sticker, please inform us immediately, Without the dealer sticker and invoice, no warranty will be provided. This is a strict policy.

We’re fully committed to delivering your product with the authentic dealer sticker, ensuring everything is legitimate and trustworthy on our end. 

Make sure to include a complete and proper unboxing video. Below are the detailed instructions on how to make the video or Read it from our return & refund policy. Please follow each rule strictly, or you will not receive warranty coverage.

If we have mentioned a warranty on our website, fb page text, over the phone, or elsewhere, but it is not written in your invoice-memo or you didn’t receive a dealer’s sticker or any kind of warranty sticker, you must inform us immediately. Our mistakes can happen among thousands of orders, but it’s your responsibility to message our page and have it fixed right away. You must ensure that the warranty is clearly mentioned on the memo and keep the memo safely, as it is required for any future claim. If you later claim that a warranty was promised but it’s not mentioned in the memo or there’s no sticker, the claim will not be accepted. Dealers will not honor it, and as a retailer, we are also bound by their policies. Without proper proof, the warranty will be void.

4) For Long term warranty, we will communicate with the Dealer/Distributor within 10 to 15 to 30 working days or as soon as possible, We’ll try our best to communicate with them as soon as possible. But it may take more time for shipment delay & other reason.You may also choose to visit the direct dealer shop or office. If they allow it, you will be eligible for support. Feel free to reach out to the dealer listed on the sticker or take any steps you deem necessary. 

 5) Customers must keep the product box and all box included all accessories within the whole warranty period. Supplier/company strictly requires these for warranty procedure. So, we cannot proceed to warranty processing without these. If any damage, dent, scratch or mishandling found by authority, warranty will be revoked.


6) In case of dealer warranty, the decision totally depends on the distributor-dealer, If you don’t receive the dealer sticker, you must inform us. If you later say that there was no sticker, or that it was lost, or you didn’t notice it, it will not be acceptable under any circumstances. These are not our rules but the dealer’s rules, and we are helpless in this situation. If the sticker is missing for any reason, let us know right away, and we will arrange it for you.


7) If a product model is unavailable or has been discontinued, you will need to choose an alternative, either within the same budget or by increasing your budget. In such cases, the decision is entirely dependent on the distributor or dealer.


8) There is no warranty for Charging Cables or Other accessories, Any Accessories have no warranty.


9) Brand warranty or official warranty is not applicable for any reason related to charging or Charge Back Up, Company does not provide any warranty if charging back up is reduced during use.


10) “Extreme Gadgets” cannot be blamed if the warranty dealer company or shop shuts down or does not respond. We are just retailer, It is your responsibility to know the name & details of the warranty dealer company before buying the product, you can always ask us via msg or call, there are so many warranty provider for different brands, e.g.,for Anker brand there are 2 major dealer contrivance & deximpo, there are other dealers warranty product also.

We do not name the dealer or importer due to the market’ business policy but we will help you by mentioning their name if you want to know any moment

In the rare case If The Dealer refuses to give service or if they don’t respond, Extreme Gadgets will not be liable for any kinds of complaint regarding distributed products. You can sue them directly if you want to, Only the warranty provider company & importer is responsible for the warranty. We are just the authorized reseller/retailer of them. We take products from them and just retail as like other many retailers & shops.

If you look into it, you’ll find that many other shops like ours that offer warranties also source their products from some company with a dealer warranty. However, there could be exceptions where they provide the warranty themselves. You can ask them whether the warrant sticker & support is theirs or not.

Definition of Dealer Warranty: We partner with authorized importers who import large quantities of products from countries like China and operate their businesses in Bangladesh. These dealers have the capability to offer warranties on their products. We source our inventory from these dealers, much like many other retail and online stores, and then resell the products to our customers. While these dealers primarily focus on wholesale distribution, we handle retail sales. Since we do not import products directly, all of our stock comes from third-party suppliers and dealers. For warranty-related concerns, we provide the dealer with valid customer information to facilitate the process. In our terms, we refer to these suppliers as "Dealers." We ensure 100% authentic branded products for any long-term dealer warranty.

11) If you suspect that we’ve supplied a product from a local dealer that isn’t a renowned organization or shop, please inform us immediately upon receiving the product. We will take the necessary steps to address the issue, but you must notify us within 7 days. We will offer a refund or replacement. There are many warranty provider dealers available, so if you prefer a specific dealer, simply let us know the name, and we will provide it if available.

However, please note that later on, you cannot claim that we provided you with a product from a local shop or dealer. We strive to source products from renowned shops, and you can always verify this by checking the dealer's sticker on the product when you receive it.

- If you want, we’ll promptly share the importer and dealer details with you, so you can verify everything to your satisfaction if you’d like before purchase.

  1. If it’s a dealer warranty, it will definitely be mentioned in the product title or description on the website; you'll get a dealer sticker on the product box or poly, if it’s not mentioned, it should be understood as non-warranty regular imported product 
  2. It is very unfortunate if the product is defective, though this is a rare case as we sell only QC-passed products from trusted brands. However, electronic items can sometimes malfunction due to unforeseen circumstances. We take great care in ensuring quality, but we understand that sometimes things may go wrong.
  3. Customer will bear own shipping cost for any warranty service or replacement. You can bring it to any of our office or send it through someone. But For the first 7 days, we'll bear the delivery cost for resend.
  4. For any problem verification and warranty support, you must visit our shop or office. Otherwise, you will not receive support in any way. However, in special cases, if the authorities deem it acceptable, even customers outside Dhaka may need to come to our office to verify any issues and receive support. For any problem verification or warranty support, visiting our shop or office is usually required.
  1. In special cases, if the authorities approve, customers may be allowed to send the product via courier for warranty processing.

Warranty support is entirely at the discretion of the Extreme Gadgets authority and follows strict rules. If you are sending the product from anywhere inside or outside Dhaka you must pay the courier charge when sending the item

You must also prepay the re-delivery charge before the product is returned after warranty processing.

If the customer cannot visit the office and the product is picked up from their location, the following charges apply: 

  • Pickup Charge (Inside Dhaka): 120 Taka or more (sub-area charge is higher)
  • Delivery Charge After Processing (Inside Dhaka): 60 Taka
  • Delivery Charge After Processing (Outside Dhaka): 110 Taka

(Delivery charge may change depends on time, product size & location) 

  1. Any type of replacement—whether brand warranty or service support—is available only once during the entire warranty period, as per dealer policy. We kindly ask for your understanding and encourage you to use the product with care to make the most of your warranty coverage.

Imported Regular Product Warranty Policy:

  1. We’ll provide you with the accurate and best after-sales service for any inconvenience. Warranty is only applicable in case of a logical manufacturing defect;

If you face any issue, you must notify us through our Facebook Page within 24 hours of receiving the product, and the item must be returned within 3 days. We’ll ensure proper warranty support is provided. 

Note: Dont make any single scratch for first few days, product need to be 100% Fresh & keep full unboxing video.

The warranty for an "Imported Regular Product" may vary depending on the product type. You must message us on our Facebook page or contact us directly to fully understand the warranty policy for that specific product before placing an order.

For smart gadgets or home appliances, tools, and similar products, you will receive 24-hour replacement support in case of any functional issues after purchase. However, change of mind returns are strictly not accepted under any circumstances. Once purchased, the item cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you changed your mind. Please note that being a supplier or importer does not make any exception to this policy, you must bring it our office for any warranty support.

Customer will get 24 hours worry free replacement service. After notification from us you will have a maximum of 3 days to bring it to our office, The customer has to come in person with invoice, and the replacement will be one Time.

If the warranty is mentioned as 7 days on the website, invoice or message:

You’ll get a 7-day time – If you face any issues, must inform us within 72 hours or 3 days and return the product within 7 days. We’ll provide you with proper warranty support 

Note: Do not make any scratches in the first few days. The product needs to be 100% fresh, and please keep a full unboxing video."

If no warranty is mentioned on the website or memo, you will only be eligible for a 24-hour replacement service.

Note: Our maximum product is imported from abroad and there are many brand dealers whose office is not available in Bangladesh. so kindly keep the product & product Box fresh so that we can send them back. Dont make any single tiny scratch for first few days, product needs to be 100% Fresh.

  1. Customer must Keep the Product box, Product, and all its accessories fresh and scratchless for the first 24 hours. We’ll not accept any type of scratch on the product, not even a tiny scratch. Please be careful about using for the first 24 hours of any type of product, and keep the box fresh also. Suppliers Don’t allow any Scratches so we’re also helpless.
  2. Customers inside Dhaka have to bring the Invoice and product box /Every Accessory to our office for any type of after-sales or warranty claim, if it is a customer from outside Dhaka, It has to be couriered, During the courier, the product box must be wrapped well with the help of something solid so that there is no damage to the product box and the product, we’ll send the same product box again.
  3. Must keep the small sticker on the device and product box, you must keep it as it is, if the sticker is removed or scratched, you will not receive any service, you can remove the sticker later if you want, but for long term warranty dealer Products, keep the box, every accessories and stickers as it is.
5. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Any Warranty Claim 

A full unboxing video is required for all types of Warranty claim:

We have clearly provided the proper rules for the unboxing video. This is exactly how many e-commerce companies, delivery companies, and dealers accept it.

  • Gadget items need to be charged first. At first, make a full unboxing video, then charge.
  • Do not record the unboxing video in front of the delivery person.
  • You can’t check the product in front of the delivery man.
  • Take it home, Start recording before opening the sealed courier poly bag and continue throughout the unboxing.
  • Ensure clear lighting and show the product being removed from its box.
  • Capture any damage, scratches, or defects and inform us immediately.
  • Customers must send a clear video & photo of the damaged, defective, or wrong product along with the shipping packaging for accurate verification under good lighting conditions.
  • The video must be clear, unedited, and show the product’s condition.
  • No return or warranty requests will be accepted without proper video proof.
  • If the courier bag or packaging is damaged or torn, report it immediately in front of the delivery person and refuse the package, do not receive.
  • When receiving the product in front of the delivery person, please ensure that the delivery packaging (such as the courier poly or bag) is completely intact and in good condition. Turn on video recording while checking.
  • Some delivery personnel may unethically open, use, or steal products, leaving an empty package. As our gadgets are sealed, customers might not realize this immediately. Once payment is made, the delivery person leaves, and the box may be empty. This has happened multiple times, so it's crucial to follow these precautions in Bangladesh.
  • If you notice any damage, torn or tampering, do not accept the package. Check the poly carefully, and if you have any doubts, contact us before accepting it. If you accept a damaged or tampered package, you will be responsible, and we won't be liable for any missing or damaged items.
  • Customers must have video proof of unboxing the product and product package to file any complaint for “broken” issue, “Color” Issue, “Wrong Product” Issue, “Quantity”, Quality Issue or any abnormalities after receiving Without an Unboxing video no complaint, service, and Replacement will be considered.

To ensure fairness and protect genuine customers, we strongly advise recording a clear unboxing video showing both the product and its packaging. Unfortunately, there have been cases where individuals have attempted scams by replacing our original products with replicas, broken, or faulty items and then requesting a replacement or warranty service. To prevent such dishonest activities and verify any claims, we may ask for this video as proof. Without proper video evidence, we will not be able to provide any warranty or after-sales support.

  1. No Complain, Warranty Claim, or issue will be accepted after 24 hours. Must Notify Within 24 Hours.
  2. Whenever a warranty is requested, we’ll check the product and its all accessories. if we found any of the above problems or any self-made problems, no service or replacement will be provided. If there is no such issue, we’ll provide you with the necessary service,
  3. We’ll Give any Solution within 15 working days, if the Product isn’t available we’ll adjust the product with another model by adding some money or less some money (Will be refunded the less amount)
  4. If there is any quantity, color, or wrong product issue from our end we’ll bear the shipping cost fully, Customer will bear own shipping cost for any warranty service or replacement. You can bring it to our office or send it by someone if you wish with memo, box & all accessories.

Since we source products from our importers/dealers and then retail them, we have certain bindings in place. Due to our extensive retail experience, we are aware of many factors involved. These notes are provided to maintain transparency, and you must acknowledge and understand them. If you have difficulty reading the Terms & Conditions, make sure to inquire and understand everything beforehand by contacting us through our page. Please do not purchase any product without thoroughly reading and agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. If you cannot find specific points, feel free to contact us, and we will easily provide you with the necessary policy details. If anything is unclear, please message us on our page, and we will resolve any issues or mistakes.

  1. Exchange with other product is not applicable after any type of purchase ( Online/Shop), change of mind is not applicable.
  2. All Information of the products collected from internet, manufacturing websites and other random sources, our provided Information may contain errors & mistakes, Our executives may make mistakes while making entries/uploading pictures on the website or facebook page/group or others. Extreme Gadgets shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies in the information, Please research on your own from google/manufacturers websites before purchase anything from us, also if you have any doubts regarding any product, you may contact with us.
  3. Any type of warranty written on the product box or there might be international warranty or any other warranty card inside the box, in that case no warranty claim can be made from us. No International brand Warranty is available, if there is warranty, you'll receive a cash memo.

If there is any type of dealer warranty, it must be clearly mentioned on the memo—such as 3 days, 7 days, 6 months, or more. If there is no warranty, then nothing will be written on the memo regarding it. In that case, you will only get 24-hour replacement warranty support. We have no control over this—if the dealer does not provide a warranty, there is nothing we can do, as we are just a retailer.

  1. If you found any specific problem with a product, we'll return you the same model product, you cant change with other model or branded product.
  2. If the admin panel and authority thinks that it can be changed, then you can replace the product with other product from our store by deducting minimum 40% of the product.( May vary the amount)
  3. All suggestions or promotions we offer—whether in-store, online, or via message—are meant to assist, but the final purchase decision is yours. Once bought, no change or exchange is possible, as the supplier doesn't offer replacements and we cannot return items either. Please purchase at your own discretion.

If any gadget gets damaged due to using a high-power charger, the dealer will not provide any warranty, whether it's 3 days, 6 months, or 1 year. You must follow the recommended guidelines and check the manual to see the recommended wattage.

  1. No warranty is available for any type of charging Damage including not charging, Charging Port Damaged, Or Product complete dead issue.
  2. Display Warranty is not available after purchase of anything, When buying any product from the shop, take a look and buy it, no warranty can be given later, besides, if the product is scratched after taking it, it is no longer acceptable. If the main display panel problem is found upon receiving the parcel, it should be reported immediately to us via message along with the complete proper unboxing video so that we can prove to the supplier that the problem was manufacturing.
  3. You cannot return an item that Isn’t supported on your device (like Earphone, Smartwatch ETC) Buy at your own responsibility.
  4. There is no replacement or warranty support for calling quality issues, such as noise, low power mic problems, etc. This applies to earbuds, earphones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, or any other gadget. Please check reviews before placing an order. We are not liable if the calling quality is poor.

There is no replacement, warranty, refund support, or return option for audio products, including earphones, if the sound quality is not as expected or if you do not like it. This also applies to any other related audio products. Please check reviews before placing an order.   1. No warranty support is provided for battery back up, If there is no charge back up as much as it is said from the manufacturer brand or retailer, then there will be no warranty support.
  2. Any kind Water,liquid damage is not allowed, because our distributor, supplier & importer doesn’t provide any support for water damage. If the product manufacturers brand or company claims waterproof or IP68, even then if water gets in somehow,still you'll not get warranty support, sometimes product company does a little more marketing.     ●Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alternation or modification of the product.
    ● Spillage of food or liquid, corrosion, rust, or the use of wrong voltage.
    ● Lightening, accident, or negligible use.
    ● War, fire typhoon floor, or earthquake. Or any type of self-made issue will not be accepted for warranty or replacement. 

We’re selling only 100% branded original authorized products, and every product is QC Passed. There is only a 0.1% Chance of manufacturing bugs.

  1. No return or replacement is applicable for some offer Items, or any Clearance sale items products, You can always ask us before purchase, if The dealer or importer allows us to give after sales, we’ll provide the necessary service.


18.If you have doubts about the authenticity of any product, you have purchased and how it is supposed to function, we will show it to you by comparing it with another new unit from our stock in front of you with experienced executives. This process will require a maximum of 15 working days and you will have to wait patiently. If it falls under our warranty policy, we will definitely resolve it quickly. If the problem cannot be identified, there is nothing to do.


19.If the product malfunctions or becomes defective after a certain period, we are not responsible for any such occurrence. You are always welcome to verify the product's authenticity; we are committed to providing you with genuine products. However, product quality is determined by the manufacturer. As we are not the manufacturer, we cannot accept returns for products with which you are dissatisfied with the quality. We do not support software-related issues (bugs, software updates, improvements), app shutdown issues, or any other similar problems, as these fall outside of our support policy.

  1. If you are not satisfied with the quality or performance of a product after purchasing it from us, we do not offer refunds. It is your responsibility to research the product before making a purchase. "Extreme Gadgets" cannot be held accountable if the product manufacturer degrades the quality of the product. Additionally, we are not responsible if a product becomes damaged or fails while in use, as we are simply a retailer and not the manufacturer. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase. "The quality is always up to the manufacturer." Make sure to check your budget and carefully consider your purchase before proceeding.
  2. The same product (especially Apple, Samsung, Sony, Xiaomi, Kz, Qkz, uiisii and other brands) may differ from the product you used before due to differences in production time, different regions, and different batches, such as fitting, performance, parts, color and finishing, sound quality, and packaging of the product, etc. Comparison between the same product isn’t allowed due to manufacturer issues. The sound quality, especially of "Apple and Samsung" or any other brand of product, wiring of products, quality of buttons, and even total body finishing may differ from the product you have used before. And keep in mind that the quality of the products purchased in the aftermarket may not match the quality of the accessories found in the box. No problem with sound quality, performance, or product finishing will be accepted after purchasing the product or receiving it in delivery; you will not get any warranty or refund. We are importing products from authentic sources; it is up to the companies to make them, and we only retail.

We always recommend using branded chargers such as Anker, Ugreen, etc. However, if you still prefer to use an OEM copy or aftermarket charger made under the phone brand name, please make sure to review all the details below carefully.

If your phone becomes dead, the charging port is damaged, or the charger blasts, we cannot be held responsible. This applies to all chargers, whether OEM or original brands like Anker, Ugreen, etc. Even many reputed companies do not take responsibility for such issues, as it is often difficult to pinpoint the exact cause, whether it is due to the charger, a multiplug issue, or an electrical malfunction.

Many sellers offer the same quality or market "original copies" but do not disclose it, or even offer products of lesser quality than ours. We, on the other hand, are transparent and clear by openly stating that these are "so-called market original" or copy products.

Additionally, if there are any issues with battery health, we are not liable in any way, and you cannot make a claim against us. Even many big companies do not accept liability for such cases. We always recommend using branded chargers such as Anker, Ugreen, etc., which are also available with us. However, due to high customer demand for budget-friendly options, we also retail other OEM-grade chargers. Another important point is that charger adapters can vary from shop to shop, even if they appear similar. This makes it difficult—even for us—to determine which one would be the best choice.
