If there is anything wrong or proven copy product, or any manufacturing fault found We’ll Replace your product instantly and if we can’t, we’ll refund your money instantly.
We’re the authorized retailer of maximum Official Gadgets in Bangladesh.
Note: Maximum product is imported from abroad and there are many brand dealers whose office is not available in Bangladesh. That’s why the defect loss is completely our own loss, so kindly keep the
product & Product Box fresh so that we can send them back and read the whole Policies Properly.
> We’ll provide you with the accurate and best after-sales Service for any inconvenience Warranty is only applicable in case of a logical manufacturing defect; Customers must notify our Facebook Page within 24 hours for warranty claims after receiving the product from home delivery or any type of courier. After notification you will have a maximum of 3 days to bring it to our outlet, The customer has to come in person, and the replacement will be one Time.
> Customers inside Dhaka have to bring the Invoice and product box /Every Accessory to the outlet for any type of after-sales or warranty claim, if it is a customer from outside Dhaka, It has to be couriered, During the courier, the product box must be wrapped well with the help of something solid so that there is no damage to the product box and the product, we’ll send the same product box again.
> Customer must Keep the Product box, Product, and all its accessories fresh and scratchless for the first 24 hours. We’ll not accept any type of scratch on the product, not even a tiny scratch. Please be careful about using for the first 24 hours of any type of product, and keep the box fresh also. Suppliers Don’t allow any Scratches so we’re also helpless.
> READ THE USER MANUAL or the product usage instruction manual description from the internet before using any product.
> No warranty/Replacement will be given for non-warranty products after purchasing any product from our outlet.
> Use a Low Voltage Power adapter (5w) or less for any Gadgets like smartwatches, Earbuds, or Bluetooth systems.
> No warranty is available for any type of charging Damage including not charging, Charging Port
Damaged, Product complete dead issue.
> Display Warranty is not available after purchase of anything, When buying any product from the shop, take a look and buy it, no warranty can be given later, besides, if the product is scratched after taking it, it is no longer acceptable.
> You cannot return an item that Isn’t supported on your device (like Earphone, Smartwatch ETC) Buy
at your own responsibility.
> There is no replacement or Warranty support for Calling sound Issues, Like Noise, Low Power Mic
Problems & ETC, It can be Earbuds, earphones, Smartwatch, Any Bluetooth or other gadget.
> No warranty support is provided for battery back up, If there is no charge back up as much as it is said from the manufacturer brand or retailer, then there will be no warranty support.
> For any warranty claim ( Within 24 Hours) you must show the problem with the unboxing video of the product, otherwise, no replacement will be given.
>While making the video, start the video from opening the Courier poly and if there is any defect, it should be shown instantly in the video, Otherwise, no complaints will be accepted later. If you found any scratch, or any defect, must let us know instantly by showing the video proof.
(Sometimes there are some scam fake person/Customer orders to us and after receiving the product they replace it with a Replica, broken, or Faulty item and ask for replacement or service, so for safety please keep a video record of the product and its box clearly for understanding)
We may ask customers for videos to prove that they have problems with our product, if you cant
provide us the proof, we’ll not give any type Of Warranty.
𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗺𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀:
● Usage of equipment other than its usual and customer manner.
● Unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration, or modification being carried out.
● Misuse, not knowing how to use a product properly, abuse, negligence, or accident however caused to the product, any Type of Physical damage, loosening of any part of the product, torn issue, etc.
●Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alternation or modification of the product.
● Spillage of food or liquid, corrosion, rust, or the use of wrong voltage.
● Lightening, accident, or negligible use.
● War, fire typhoon floor, or earthquake. Or any type of self-made issue will not be accepted for warranty or replacement. We’re selling only 100% branded original authorized products, and every product is QC Passed. There is only a 0.1% Chance of manufacturing bugs.
▪️No return or replacement is applicable for some flash Sales/ deals, Offer Items, or any Clearance sale items products, You can always ask us before purchase, if The dealer or importer allows us to give after sales, we’ll provide the necessary service.
▪️If you have doubts about the authenticity of any product, you have purchased and how it is
supposed to function, we will show it to you by comparing it with another new unit from our stock in front of you with experienced executives. This process will require a maximum of 15 working days and you will have to wait patiently. If it falls under our warranty policy, we will definitely resolve it quickly. If the problem cannot be identified, there is nothing to do.
▪️If you don’t like the quality or performance of any product after buying it from us, there is no way to refund it, it is your responsibility to research the product before purchasing.
“Extreme Gadgets” cannot be blamed if a product manufacturer degrades the quality of the product.
Also, Extreme Gadgets cannot be blamed if a product is suddenly damaged or died while in use; we are just a retailer of that product; we’re not a manufacturer; please keep that in your mind.

● If the product misbehaves or becomes dead after a certain time, we’re not responsible for any such
occurrence. You’re most welcome to check the product authenticity always, we’re truly responsible to give you a genuine product.
Product quality is up to the manufacturer. As we’re not the manufacturer you cannot return an item for which you’re not satisfied with the quality.
We do not support software-related issues (Bugs, Software Updates, improvements) app Shut down
issues, these are all out of our support policy.
● If you purchase through any Courier, Home Delivery Service, Please record an unboxing video for future reference to claim any warranty or after sales. Customers must have video proof of unboxing the product and product package to file any complaint for “broken” issue, “Color” Issue, “Wrong Product” Issue, “Quantity”, Quality Issue or any abnormalities after receiving Without an Unboxing video no complaint, service, and Replacement will be considered.

▪️ The same product (especially Apple, Samsung, Sony, Xiaomi & Other brands
may differ from the product you used before, Due to differences in production time, Different Regions
and different Batch, such as fitting / Performance /Parts/ color & Finishing / Sound quality / Packaging of The Product etc. Comparison Between same product Isn’t allowed due to manufacturers issues.
The sound quality of specially “Apple and Samsung” or any other brand of product, wiring of products,
quality of buttons, and even total body finishing may differ from the product you have used before.
And keep in mind that the quality of the products purchased in the aftermarket may not match the
quality of the accessories found in the box.
No problem with sound quality, Performance, or Product finishing will be accepted after purchasing the product or receiving it in delivery, you will not get any warranty or refund.
We are importing products from authentic sources, it is up to the companies to make it, we only retail.
Whenever a warranty is requested, we’ll check the product and its all accessories. if we found any of the above problems or any self-made problems, no service or replacement will be provided. If there is no such issue, we’ll provide you with the necessary service
▪️ For Any Product Charger & Cable ( Apple, OnePlus, Samsung ETC Any Brand) The charging speed,
and performance of the charger and cable may not be the same or maybe hot due to manufacturing unit change, it totally depends on the company how they make it. The charging Speed might not be the same as your previous used charger or the Phone box included a charging set.
▪️ We’ll Give any sales Replacement Solution within 15 Working, if the Product isn’t available we’ll adjust
the product with another model by adding some money or less some money ( Will be refunded the less amount)
▪️ Customer will bear own shipping cost for any warranty service or replacement. You can bring it to our any shop or send it by someone if you wish. Our shop is always open, If there is any quantity, color, or wrong product issue from our end we’ll bear the cost fully.
>Before buying any product, check its reviews on your own responsibility, check the product's battery back-up, any function of the product on the official website of the product or know better from some users, there may be mistakes in the upload time on our website, in case of doubt before buying, our official Facebook You can get sure about the product specification by messaging the page or talking to the executive.
Note: Many times the product company or brand themselves give wrong information or the lab gives approximate ideas, they often do this only if you observe it yourself, in that case confusion is created, for example: the battery back-up is said to be 12 hours but in reality it is 3-4(+-). Extreme Gadgets cannot be held responsible if it does not work >It is your responsibility to know the user reviews of the product and then purchase. >But if the same product works in another one, if it is with official warranty, we will talk to the dealer, you will make the arrangements at your own risk with all proofs, in this case we will not be responsible as a retailer. Rules will not apply. >We have been selling authentic products since 2017 with dedication, we will refund money if the product is duplicate, but we cannot be held responsible if the product company/brand does not provide any feature for any reason.
𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘆 /𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘆 / 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿 & 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆:
1) Notify us during the warranty period.
● Count down starts from the day you received the product.
2) We will communicate with the brand/Supplier/Dealer/Distributor within 15 working days. We’ll try our best to communicate with them as soon as possible. But it may take some time for shipment
delay & other reason.
3) In case of official warranty & other warranty, decision totally depend on official distributor,
Dealer & importer and it may require some time. If The Dealer rejects to give service or if they
don’t respond, Extreme Gadgets will not be liable for any kinds of complaint regarding distributed product. You can sue them directly if you want to, Only the warranty provider company & importer is responsible for the warranty. we are just the authorized reseller of them. We take products from them and just retail as like other retailer & shop.
4) Must keep the Official Warranty Sticker & Memo provided by us, the sticker will be available on
the Product box, Over Poly or memo, if you don’t find any sticker, please inform us, without
dealer sticker no warranty will be provided.
5) Customer must keep the product box and all box included all accessories intact within the
whole warranty period. Supplier/company strictly requires these for warranty procedure. So, we
cannot proceed to warranty processing without these. If any scratch or mishandling found by
authority warranty will be revoked.
6) If any Product Model is not available or Discontinued, You have to take another product by
increasing your budget or same budget.
7) Any type of Replacement or brand warranty replacement & Service support applicable to only one time during the whole warranty period.
8) Brand warranty or official warranty is not applicable for any reason related to charging or Charge Back Up, Company does not provide any warranty if charging back up is reduced during use.
9) “Extreme Gadgets” cannot be blamed if the warranty company shuts down or does not respond. It is your responsibility to know the name of the dealer before buying the product.
10) There is no warranty for Charging Cables or Other accessories, Any Accessories have no dealer warranty.
>We do not name the dealer or importer due to the business policy but we will help you by mentioning their name if you want to know when taking warranty service.
> Customer will bear own shipping cost for any warranty service or replacement. You can bring it to our any shop or send it by someone if you wish. Our shop is always open, If there is any quantity, color, wrong product issue from our end we’ll bear the cost fully.
Note: Extreme Gadgets reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. For availing any kind of after-sales, the Customer has to bring the product to our physical shop or send it to our shop with a cash memo received from the purchase.

1) If you received a used product must notify in-front of the delivery man.
2) If you received a physically damaged, faulty Product after opening the package – (Must notify within 24 Hours inside Dhaka) Keep Video
3) If you received a physically damaged from the courier service (i.e Sundarban courier) you must need a video to show proof when unboxing the packages.
4) If the Product is completely different from the picture on the post (Must notify within 24 Hours)
5) Customer must have video proof of unboxing to file any complaint if the return is regarding the product. If there is any problem it has to be visible in the video. Without an Unboxing video, no complaint will be considered.
6) If you cancel an order after dispatch, you must have to pay delivery charges.
8) We don’t have any kind of exchange policy.
9) To return, the customer must ensure the item is packed and delivered securely.
10) Extreme Gadgets will not be held responsible if the goods get damaged on their return to
Extreme Gadget’s address.
11) For Inside Dhaka we request customers to come to our offline shop so that they can explain problems and get a prompt solution. This is mandatory depending on the problem.
12) For the return you must have to courier it to our address within 48 hours.
1) If the item is out of stock and you requested to get your money back.
2) Most refunds are fully refunded in 7-10 days after we receive and process your return.
3) If you pay us by using the card, then we will request a refund in the bank which will take 7-10 working days. (Credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks)
4) If you pay us by Bkash/rocket/mobile banking, then your money will be added to your desired account within 7-10 working days.
5) If there is any refund issue, the delivery cost is non-refundable. We will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount.
