The MiTag DUO is a versatile tracking tag that works seamlessly with either Apple’s Find My app or Google’s Find My Device (Find My Hub) app. When switching between iOS and Android, simply reset the device and re-pair it with your new phone—no need to purchase a separate tracker.
Note: The MiTag DUO can only be paired with one platform at a time—it does not support simultaneous pairing with both iOS and Android.

Can this device connect to both Apple and Android phones at the same time?
Due to Bluetooth chip limitations, while it is compatible with both systems, it can only be paired with one phone at a time. (All item finders in the market now can only pair with one device only)
How does it track the location?
The device uses its Bluetooth chip to be detected by nearby phones, and the location is then updated through either the Apple Find My or Google Find My Device (Find Hub) network.
How long does the battery last?
The battery lasts approximately 8–12 months, depending on how frequently the device is used.
Can it be tracked by both Apple Find My and Google Find Hub simultaneously?
No, it can only be linked to one ecosystem at a time — either Apple Find My or Google Find My Device.

Inside Dhaka Home Delivery: 24-48 hours

Delivery time depends on the courier service—usually 1–2 days inside or outside Dhaka. We use Sundarban, Pathao, eCourier, etc. Delays may occur due to courier issues.
